Hi Radha,

We must have a lot of similar symptoms! I do get itchy feet from blood pooling when standing. If it is warm and my usually cold hands are vasodilated and warm, then I get itching in them as well! I think the blood pooling and itching are related.

Radha! So glad you posted this...I was just thinking about it last night as I lay in bed with aching ankles. I don't get itching but I get serious aching when I lay down after blood has been pooling. I notice it mostly at night. My ankles throb! The weird thing is...most of my pooling is in my splanchnic bed. Do yours just itch or do they ache too?

thanks for all your replies, at least its nice to know i am not the only one getting the itching.......there must be a connection!! yes i have such terrible aching

and heaviness in legs and feet and hands, they hurt so so bad and ice is the only thing that gives alittle relief, i get terrible blood pooling without any

standing, its unbearable when i eat, even with sitting up in bed, so legs are not even hanging down......and so bad in hands too and i never just hang my

arms straight down either, and bad veins bulging, but i cannot handle wearing the compression hose, its just too uncomfortable and too hard to put on and

take off myself........
