Pietro, I have come to this site tonight to try to find out whether "waking apnea" is a dysautonomia thing. What I've been experiencing is much as you describe. Thanks for posting the question. It lets me know I'm not alone, and that the reason it's happening may, indeed, be the dysautonomia.
