I’ve recently been in hospital for high heart rate and blood pressure. I got sent home with suspected POTS and been referred to a cardiologist. I was just literally fast asleep and then I woke up and felt worried that something bad was about to happen. My heart rate is fine and no sweating or anything. I do suffer with anxiety. So I’m just wondering if it’s a mixture of my suspected POTS and anxiety it’s very scary sometimes.
