  1. I've been experiencing the same issues with my vision. It's hard to describe, but I think the way you described it is better than any way I could have. I'm typing this as it is going on now. For me, it seems to happen most in the afternoon or evening. Maybe it's because I'm tired, I've been looking at computers all day, or because meds are wearing off. It usually subsides on its own, but it is very annoying. When it first started, I thought I was having one of my migraines, but it never did turn into one. I try to drink more water when it occurs; I don't know if it actually works, but seems to help.
  2. Does anyone else get dizzy / lightheaded when leaning and bending over? This happens more often than the usual POTS description - the dizziness that occurs when going from lying to sitting or standing. There are so many things I cannot do or have a hard time with because of this. Sometimes I try to clean house and I just feel bad. It's hard to even explain what "feel bad" actually feels like. I just know that it's not the normal way I felt when doing activities before I developed POTS. It's so discouraging not being able to do laundry, put dishes in dishwasher, make the bed, or even vacuum or sweep without feeling horrible. The only way I can describe POTS is that it just drains the life out of me.
  3. Not able to answer your specific question, but thought this info might ease your mind: In general, the diastolic blood pressure is not as significant as the systolic unless it is around 90 or above and sustains at a high number. 80 and below is normal.
