Interesting conversation. It does sound like you had cholinergic crisis (likely of nicotinic receptors). Whether that was due to reduced activity of Acetylcholinesterase, or autoimmune related damage to your receptors, over-stimulation of your receptors, or all of the above is what you would need to tease out.
