I used compression hose early on when I was diagnosed 11 years ago. The NP at my neurologist (at the time) suggested them. They helped a lot. Eventually in my recovery, I no longer needed them. That is, until I started with a flare last month. I just started using them again this week. They seem consistent with bumping my systolic bp about 10 to 15 points. That makes a big difference to me.
