  1. Hi, I am a Junior and do online school due to a flare up I had in January. My advice is to be patient with your body. I was very ill in January, bed bound. I got pulled out of school, saw doctors who could only treat the symptoms and didn't really help. I have moved from az to ca now. I am doing tremendously better, I am playing soccer again and am myself. I too changed my diet. I became vegan and completely gluten free. I believe this helped my body the most. I have energy that I didn't before. The thing with going gluten free is you have to stay with it. If you cheat, you have to start all over (in the sense that your body won't feel the difference until you are completely gluten free for about 2 weeks). Keep going, my perserverance has kept me going along with my faith. Stay strong, and stick to the home remedies. Like when you feel ill put your feet up, elevate them. Take it easy on the days your not doing so well. Keep eating SALT. Most of all hydrate as much as possible. If you have any more questions feel free to contact me on my page. Your in my prayers, get better soon.
  2. I have experience with chronic migranes, and status migraines. So much so i have been hospitalized in the past. The hospitals migraine “cocktail” wouldn’t always help. Some home remedies Ive tried have helped like: drinking caffeine, magnesium pills, hand massaging, and sleeping. Acupuncture has helped me the most tremendously. If he’s not getting better and your desperate to try something, that’s not medication it has helped me with my status migraines more then any medicine did.
  3. Thank you guys, I’ve gone gluten free and vegan the past 2 weeks and have felt a whole lot better. Less headaches, less chest discomfort, less insomnia, and more energy. (Highly recommend it)The compression socks have helped along with a major salt increase. Still not in school but I’m up out of bed and pushing through the day a lot more. Appreciate all your advice:))
  4. Hi, I am 16 years old. I am out of school going on missing 3 weeks in the 2 semester of my junior year. I am not able to continue my extra curricular activities. My health is very limiting. I have seen a cardio, who said just do high salt, hydrate, and the basic pots regimen. Which I have been doing. This magnitude of symptoms is quite new to me. If anyone has any other treatments that have worked for them please share it would be greatly appreciated.
