  1. So true. Lovely advice. My life has also been much better since I started working part time from home. I still have my moments but I'm largely in control and that's a great place to be.
  2. I experienced vibrations/buzzing for about a year when things first went haywire. The only thing I can put it down to is my flight/fight being super sensitive. As time has gone on it has stopped but at the time they were very disconcerting. Those calming videos sound worth a try as well as perhaps hypnosis (something I thought about but didn't do).
  3. I only get it momentarily as part of presyncope or from turning over in bed - ENT said it's my wobbly blood pressure.
