  1. I know I've discussed numbness and tingling before but does anyone also get these weird feelings almost like you can feel the blood flowing through your foot (or random parts of your body) like a pulsating low buzzing feeling. I have been having it in my left foot now fo3-4 days randomly throughout the day.

  2. Totally with you Freaked. I've had a bad upper respiratory infection for 10 days now and its making all of the dysautonomia symptoms worse :(. I have been dealing with this for 7 months now so still nowhere near how long many people on here have been dealing with it. And I can relate to people getting impatient. When I first got sick after the birth of my daughter everyone was a lot more concerned and understanding but now I feel like many of my family members or friends just think I'm being lazy or way over exaggerating. I have thought if only we could switch bodys for a day but then I wouldn't want anyone to have to experience this. This forum is amazing and has helped me so much realizing so many other people get these crazy symptoms and is a great place to vent as everyone here understands. Hope things start to look up for you over the next few days.

  3. So glad for you. I am stumped on what to do right now as I have a sever upper respiratory infection for 8 days now that is getting worse rather then improving. I have tried every homeopathic remedy with no luck. Every antibiotic I've ever tried always gets me really sick or I'm allergic to it I would only be able to tolerate amoxicillin vur last time I took that I felt some itchiness and on day 4 I suddenly became very flushed and felt so shaky all over and my bp dropped to 80/56 and irregular heart rate popped up on omron. Not sure if this was from the amoxicillin or not as I do get flushing episodes but it just worries me as I've gone into anaphylactic shock before with certain meds. It seems I need meds to get better but I can never tolerate any. I'm not sure if going to the hospital is my best option where they can give me I've fluid and medicine there and watch me of if they'd even be willing. Called my PCP waiting for a response on what to do. My hospital here isn't the greatest.

  4. That's a good point. My blood tests picked up on multiple food allergies. Histamine and trytpase were both normal but I did not have any flushing or symptoms at the time of the blood tests or with the few days before. I have always had anaphylactic reactions to codeine and morphine and sensitive to most medicine but no that I suddenly developed pots I am literally allergic or showing reactions to pretty much anything.

  5. Wow thanks so much for the great info :) I have had a terrible time with meds even as a child. But it was only the pain meds like codeine and morphine but now that I am full blown since giving birth I am having a problem with every med. I think that's why the beta blocker made me worse while I was on it for 2 months.

  6. How do you guys with mcad do on antibiotics? I'm about 90%sure I have mcad and have come down with a bad upper respiratory infection it's been a week with no improvement and all symptoms and mucus color point towards a bacterial infection. I literally seem to be sensative or allergic to EVERY medicine. Last time I was on amoxicillin I felt itchy on and off(though I do get itchy randomly) while on it and had a bad episode of flushing where my hr went up and my bp went down to 80/56 I'm not sure if that means I had an allergic reaction to it or not since it happened on day four. I cannot take any other antibiotics as they are either too strong for me to handle or I am allergic I'm wondering if I should try the amoxicillin again or not. I know this is somthing to be discussed with a doctor and I already have but I value your guys opinion and know that you know what I'm talking about and go through. Any tips or feedback would be great:)

  7. yes katybug I hope they can find out why. it ***** that we all have these crazy symptoms but it is comforting to know that I am not the only one. I am so glad I found this site. I am new to this, been sick with it for 7 months and still trying to adjust get used to everything and these posts really help. I also have issues with bending over and bending down as well.

  8. Sometimes I tend to notice the dizziness more once I'm sitting after having been up and about for a while and other times I get dizzy and flushed while I'm up and it prompts me to sit and rest. It`s all very strange! I also will sometimes get palpitations not associated with fast heart rate and its mainly from getting up after sitting for a while sometimes if I'm laying down from changing position.
