    Hi, When I lived in PA I saw Dr Michael Goodkin in Media PA. He was a really great doctor. His daughter has POTS and he knows a lot about it. He is a cardiologist.

    @kayjay Very interesting. Sometime when I take mag I get bp drops within about a half hour. Feel horrible until the supplement gets out of my direct bloodstream I think.

    Thank you both! My blood pressure usually does run high, however sometimes it drops off at night. I actually often find it the lowest when I am laying down, and it increases when I rise.

    Hi All, Has anyone ever had the experience of waking up in the middle of the night very light headed and feeling terrible. I have been having this experience lately and it is very scary. It usually happens about an hour after I fall asleep. Last night I woke up feeling like this an within a few minutes my bp was 140/76 92bpm. I am now starting to develop extreme anxiety of falling asleep, which I know cannot be health. Thanks for any experience that can be offered!

    Hi Gemma, Have you ever been to Dr. M Goodkin in Media PA. I have my first appointment with him today, and will let you know how it goes. I also am right near Philly!
