POTSHusband
Stacy definitely has to eat in the right pattern. She not only has to eat at certain times, but she also has to be careful what she eats. She needs to eat something that is caloricly dense so that she doesn't get hungry too soon. She hardly ever can eat sugar anymore. She feels best when she is on a high fiber low sugar diet. This diet has really helped keep her energy balanced throughout the day. She still has low energy, but at least it is constant and she isn't passing out from lack of food.
opus88
I'm not as restricted on the eating times as I used to be, but if I eat the wrong thing or the wrong balance of carbs to fat to protein, I'm doomed for anwhere from an hour to a week. Absolute vigilance is critical for me, with virtually no room for flexibility. But if that's what it takes for me to feel fairly decent, then it's worth it! Jersey Girl
I was advised by autonomic specialist not to have large meals. I should eat small portions frequently throughout the day. I definitely react poorly to a large load of carbohydrates. And yes I do need to eat on a fairly rigid schedule.
