It does help my orthostatic hypotension and dizziness, but it doesn’t help me when I’m just sitting or laying down, and I don’t feel good in any position. So, it’s very helpful when I need to do more standing, bending, or changing position, but I don’t take it regularly because I find it isn’t that helpful for my usual activities.
