Peter Charlton Posted March 29, 2018 Report Share Posted March 29, 2018 I have been noticing recently, whilst I am asleep, my heart rate is up and down constantly, lowest I have seen is 27, last night it was 35 lowest, the highest was something over 135 as the recording settings stopped at 135.
