green
I recently tried sensory deprivation, which consists of lying for 90 minutes in a highly concentrated solution of water and epsom salt. It was supposed to be relaxing. But I got out feeling really good. Really refreshed and high energy! The next day (today) I feel like I have post-exertional malaise. I did run a little bit too, but it doesn't seem like I ran enough to trigger my current state. I am really sleepy, really relaxed, weak, brain foggy. Can't concentrate. Don't care. Generally feel good, but sluggish. So, sensory deprivation w/ epsom salts, maybe not the best.
