I'm really lucky that I'm able to work now, and I would love to meet others who are also balancing health and job challenges. I'm in the Toledo area, and that is not far from Ann Arbor or Detroit, or even Cleveland (well, Cleveland's a little farther). tampafd Posted September 7, 2015 Report Share Posted September 7, 2015 So frustrating that there are no doctors in the Tampa Bay area that specialize in autonomic disorders. When I found a neurologist 45 minutes from home and tried to make an appointment, I was told he was on a sabbatical and unknown when he would return. Made an appointment with another neurologist but it's not till November 23rd. He may just blow me off like the last neurologist and tell me there is nothing he can do for me. Told me to go to the Mayo Clinic or Shands Hospital in Gainesville but I can't even get my insurance to pay for the tilt table test my cardiologist ordered.Carlos Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
