Pinched Nerve In Neck Or Dysautonomia?

I am not feeling well this afternoon and evening. I felt fine when I woke up just tired from shopping yesterday. Then I decided to decorate a gingerbread house. It took me 3 hrs! I took a small break to eat a quick lunch . While making the gingerbread house I started feeling weak, lightheaded, and hot. and really out of it. I had to finish the gingerbread though. Ever since making the gingerbread I just feel weak, hot, super tired, no energy, and my neck is stiff and my middle back and lower back aches. It frustrates me that I feel this way just from making the gingerbread house. I just want to be able to do stuff like everyone else and not get tired so quick!

I'm not a doctor so I obviously can't diagnose you, but I doubt it's a pinched nerve. Often when you do something out of the ordinary and detailed like making a gingerbread house, you hold your body , particularly you neck and back in strange positions. Your back has countless small muscles. If they aren't used to the activity and positions they will spasm and feel sore and achy. This will usually pass in a day or two.
