Anyone Go Through Phases Of Being Really Ill Even Doing Nothing?

I'm so sick atm. Yesterday it was dizziness and weird neuro stuff, then hours of being insanely short of breath and nauseous. I'm constantly pouring sweat and getting mild fevers sometimes. Today, I have this gnawing hunger and need to vomit. I can't leave bed and I'm too ill to even face the prospect of going to the doctor or hospital. My vitals, aside from my temperature sometimes, and blood sugar are normal (touch wood).

If I tell my parents I want to go to hospital they'll just yell at me and call me crazy again (cos the hospital rarely does anything for me). It's too late here to get a hold of specialist now. Does anyone else with POTS get like this? When I feel so bad it's just terrifying.

I don't experience the same symptoms as you describe but I sit here now very ill.....better than yesterday when I had to cancel the doc appt that could have helped me but I couldn't even sit up long enough to drink some decaf tea. I have a rash all over me, tremors, nausea, weakness and fatigue that defy description. I want to take a shower but I'm afraid I'll run out of energy half way through. Mine is probably from my mcas being out of control again as I can not get the med I need anymore due to insurance. We didn't realize how much it was helping me until it worked it's way out of my system. I feel for you....it seems to come out of no where. A few good days and then suddenly you're back in bed for what seems to be no reason at all. But there will be more good days ahead and you just have to focus on getting to and taking advantage of those days when they present them selves.
