Chaos Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 Obviously standing isn't the best thing for us, but recently doing a tour of a computer company with a family member and he was telling us about how they are now implementing "treadmill desks". Apparently they let you walk at a slow speed (1 mph) while you work. Might be enough to keep the muscle pump working whereas just standing wouldn't?Interesting article. Thanks for sharing.
