k&ajsmom
Res posted a similar topic a few minutes ago but i didn't want to hijack the thread. I have low Co q10 levels and was told to start supplements today.I've read it can cause dangerous drops in bp, being already hypotensive this is worrisome for me.Any personal experience here with dosing and side effects to this supplement?Thx guys and hope all is well. Katybug
I take 200 mg of it per day (in the morning since I have a problem falling asleep at night) and I have low BP (90/65ish). I haven't had any changes in my BP from it. I actually take it in a supplement that combines the coq10 with a b-complex and a few other vitamins. It has helped my energy levels. I don't get more useful hours but my useful hours have a better quality of life with the better energy.
