SeattleRain
I'm curious to know if anyone gets a pressure in their neck.On the sides of my neck (like, where my arteries are) -- it feels like they're swelling up and about to pop. This symptom gets worse when using my muscles, such as walking up a flights of stairs/hilll - or even on standing up.
Canadiangirl73
Yes! Exactly as you describe: tremendous pressure on sides of my neck. I posted about this a while back but cannot find thread. I mentioned this to my GP who just gave me a glazed over look. I checked my BP when this happens and it wasn't too low or too high. Wish I knew what it was! Katybug
I had the CT scan with dye that follows the dye through your veins into your brain to check for CCSVI and mine was normal.

roxie
Has anyone been checked for Chairi? With an upright MRI.
Joann
I wish I knew of a place that would do upright MRI's or CT's or ultra sounds. Everywhere in my area insists they can only be done laying down.
roxie
Joann, have you google "upright mri" in your area or state? I'm hoping to get my mri in the next few weeks. It took some research but I found one places in a neighboring town that has them. Now I have to get a referral from the dr.
