Guest Alex Posted April 30, 2013 Report Share Posted April 30, 2013 Peripheral neuropathy can affect one nerve or one nerve group (mononeuropathy) or multiple nerves (polyneuropathy) at a time.Carpal tunnel is an ex of mononeuropathy, but I believe polyneuropahies are more common.I think peripheral neuropathy and polyneuropathy are used interchangeably by many.Alex Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
