issie
Yes, would agree. I liked the second one even more. Nice things to reflect on. Something my husband always says ----The only thing we really have control over is not what is or has happened but how we respond to what is happening. It's that internal dialogue that is so important. It's the only thing we can control ---our responses. Will they be positive or negative? That choice is up to us!Issie
Mydoggielovesme2
"Having compassion starts and ends with having compassion for all those unwanted parts of ourselves. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy." —Pema Chödrön...........this was my favorite quote.
