Most come from a citrus source - if you have problems with citrus it might be a problem. Some come from onions - like Quercetin. There are many different kinds of bioflavonoids. They are beneficial. Rutin can be gotten from a buckwheat source. I pick the kind that I use and from the sources that give me less problems.
