IDreamInColor Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 Seen my doctor today and he seems to think I may have a connective tissue disease, ....as if POTS and graves disease weren't enough! gah!!!! Does anyone else here have a connective tissue disease? I'll be going for more testing and all that, but in the meantime my symptoms seem to fit the Sjrogrens form of the disease. corina Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 I'm sorry you need to add another thing to your list! I'm not personally familiar with Sjogrens but I know someone who has it. issie Posted January 25, 2013 Report Share Posted January 25, 2013 Sojourns is more of an autoimmune issue - not so much a connective tissue disorder. However, it can cause extreme dryness. A connective tissue disorder would be things like Ehlers Danlos, Scleroderma. There are many of us with connective tissue disorders and a few with sojourns and sicca syndrome. You are not totally alone with this one. It seems to be pretty common with dysautonomia people.
