briarrose Posted April 3, 2005 Report Share Posted April 3, 2005 Pain and itching, yesPain is harder to answer. It depends if it's muscle, bone or joint and the location. I started with the itching about 3 years ago. I take a half of a benadryl and I also have a prescription medication, hydroxyzine. I hate the itching sometimes it can be so intense.
