Chaos Posted November 25, 2012 Report Share Posted November 25, 2012 I use an OTC one from Source Naturals that has helped me a lot. I'm on an estrogen patch. Having had a hysterectomy my GYN thought I didn't need progesterone with it, but I had a lot of symptoms that the cream helped. I have never been able to tolerate oral progesterone though.
