Sheila1366
I have gastroparesis, pelvic floor dysfunction, intersitial cystitis,FM...etc. I know I will have pain. But it seems the pain is increasing. Mostly lower back, hips and upper legs. Wonder is the pain a normal part of dysautonomia? It could be FM. Just not sure, just so much wrong with me. azmusiclover
My pain fluctuates. Where are you in your cycle? You might start tracking that, see if the hormones are aggravating the pain?
joyagh
I get back, hip & leg pain when I overdo it or am ovulating or premenstrual. I stretch a lot and do self massage on my calves, use a rolling pin on my quads, and take a lot of advil. rest and soaking in a 101 degree tub helps too. diamondcut
Sheila do you have EDS?This can account for so much of our pain whether muscular or nueropathic. People with Fibro that i have known have only just been dx with EDS so all the years of intense physio therapy has in some cases like my friend, made things much worse as they have given her intense exercises that have literally torn ligaments etc.
