Autonomic Testing Question

Recommended Posts

I'm guessing you mean your blood pressure was in that range? What was it before you were tilted up? If you have a significant increase in BP with the tilt, some docs will use that to indicate hyperadrenergic POTS. But usually they also want a serum catecholamine test to show a rise in Norepinephrine along with it.

Remember that hyperadrenergic POTS isn't a category that is recognized universally by autonomic specialists.

Sounds like you got some definite results that should help them get you a good diagnosis at least. Congrats!
