yuliya Posted June 25, 2011 Report Share Posted June 25, 2011 I have noticed that every time I have done more around the house or pushed myself through the day I have really bad muscle pain in my calves/legs, its almost muscle spasms feeling. firewatcher Posted June 25, 2011 Report Share Posted June 25, 2011 I do. I used to work out very hard years ago, but never got as sore as I do now. It also lasts for days. I have found that it is much worse when I am sodium deficient. If I up my salt intake before I exercise/push myself, I don't get as sore afterwards.
