I hope everyone is having a non potsy dayI've been reading alot about MCAD which is new to me and am still not really understanding it? Im also confused as to how the florinef helps? How do you know if you have MCAD? Last week my doc took me off the florinef, and while my spikes havent been nearly as high Im having ALOT of fluctuation with my bp and hr. It goes up and down and up and down, like it doesnt know what its doing. Im wondering if thr florinef helped with this. I did notice that my resting hr is ALOT lower now that Im off the florinef, which is nice and Im hoping that I might be able to cut back my beta blocker now. :-) Just wondering if anyone else had this when they came off the florinef?Ohh and one more ? What are good ways to get extra salt? Ive got hypoglycemia so I cant drink the gatoraide drinks, and the fake sugar does the same thing to my bs.
