kayjay
Just want some advice. Today I just feel extra weird... I feel mentally out of it. Not really tired. I thought maybe my BP was off. instead every time I take my hr and BP that shakey heart thingy pops up. My numbers are fine my heart just isn't beating right. Should I go for a walk and try to get it beating right or take a nap?My heart is healthy just sometimes it beats funky and I don't know what to do about it. juliegee
Hi Kay Jay-Call your doctor if you feel weird for much longer. I can relate. This sometimes makes me feel breathless. Like I'm skipping a breath. Usually, involuntary coughing re-sets things for me. Have you had the breathless feeling?Sorry-Julie
Guest tearose
I do the little coughs too. Also, I take my right hand and press firmly but gently on the top of my sternum and breathe in counting slowly to 8 and then out to 8. I do this several times breathing in deeply and gently. Somehow, this resets me too.If you can't get back into a rhythm you should at least call your doctor.
MomtoGiuliana
I get this sometimes too. But it usually doesn't last long. It was worst for me during my pregnancy. However, for peace of mind, perhaps you should talk to your doctor? For me it can indicate my electrolytes are slightly off.
