jenwic Posted May 3, 2010 Report Share Posted May 3, 2010 I felt really bad after eating potatoes fried in peanut oil. My heart raced and I felt bad all over. My allergist told me it was highly unlikely I had a reaction to the peanut oil because it is refined and the proteins and removed. Anybody heard of this?
