lieze
I slept with support under my neck last night and I feel a lot better today.I wonder if anyone else has tried this. What I used was just one of those neck massage pillows from Walmart? It was like $3.I did not fasten it because I didn't want to feel confined. I just put it behind my neck and it felt like heaven right away. My neck doesn't feel as creaky today.I'm going to keep on trying that and see if I see continued improvement with my neck issues and headaches even potentially? Also just my fatigue with being upright and the neuro effects I get-the dizziness, etc.lieze
mountain girl
That is so weird because I have been thinking about getting one of the Tempupedic neck support pillows but they are fairly expensive,so it was good to see you had good results just using the inexpensive type. Hope it keeps helping you.
mkoven
I use a mackenzie cervical roll. Love it.
Christy_D
My son uses one of those expensive pillows that his chiropractor recommended. They measured him to get the right size and everything. He hated it at first, but once he got used to it, he now can't sleep without it. It does help with the neck issues he was experiencing. MightyMouse
I've had a latex foam contoured pillow for years. Love it.
flop
I use a shaped memory foam pillow from Ikea, it is designed for side-sleepers with a cut-away for your shoulder and a raised part to fit the hollow of your neck. Love it so much I bought another one to leave at my parents' house for when I stay there. Flop
MightyMouse
ooh flop, I'm going to have to hunt that down at my local Ikea--there's one only about 15 or 20 miles from my house! My pillow is at least 5 years old and has gotten a little too soft as the latex wears down over the years.
Christy_D
Flop, that is the same pillow my son got from the chiropractor. He loves it too, after he got used to it.
