Whatever you CAN do. Just doing as much as you can without pushing too hard and working up from there. If it is just sitting up in bed, then do it for 5 minutes and work up to an hour. If you can walk, walk a block and work up to a mile. It is just an accountability type thing. Seeing someone else get out and do anything provides a positive incentive to make me go do it too!
