Has anyone ever tried steroids for dealing with fatigue and brain fog? I know it is not suggested to take long term, but we inadvertently found that it seems to help a lot in the short run. My son has a tough time focusing on tests. Maybe this will help. We are talking to our local physician about this.

Yes, my son got POTS at 14 and he is now 24 and EVERY winter his POTS symptoms worsen. We have tried Vitamin D Happy lights, you name it. So far nothing has helped. Wish I had better news. Hopefully some day we will figure this out.

Why does my son ALWAYS have worsening symptoms in the Winter. It's been like this since he got POTS 10 years ago.
