I am feeling this too and is hard to sleep.

Hi I have been in considerable distress due to abdominal discomfort, nausea, and dizziness/lightheadedness that is positional (lying down, flat, or on my stomach). This started suddenly after I reacted to CT contrast, and then was given Benadryl and steroids. I have been to the ER and they said it might be reflux and gave me a pepsid which didn't do much. The symptoms start soon after I lie down. Any suggestions on what this could be? ECG, head, and neck CT are fine so far.
