I guess I'm not the only one with very strong heart beat, I mean I can feel it all the time and it's disturbing. My heart rate can be quite low at the same time. I've had dysautonomia symptoms for two and a half years now. Overall my fitness has slightly improved over time but my symptoms are still bothering me 24/7.
The other unexplained and very disturbing symptom is uneasy breathing which is not asthma related. It feels like there is pressure on my upper lungs near my throat, and I can feel the palpitations strongly there as well.
My heart has been checked by cardiologist and it seems perfectly healthy.
