  1. I eat beans. Any kind. 2 oz protien meat egg 2Tbsp beans or 1/2 cup is what I do 1/2 cup of veggies (green beans, cabbage) I have salad and eat nuts as well water acupuncture I eat that 6 x a day I have pots.. had postpartum thyroiditis dr said it’s early stage Hashimoto’s Pmdd was severe weird hypoglycemia I can go 4 and 5 hours in the day and then in the afternoon I have to eat every2 hours until bedtime. Glare in vision light bother me. Eye floaters improved dramatically with diet. Sugar gives me actual anxiety like my body can’t have it so only water and foods mentioned Diet and acupuncture has helped so much with anxiety praise God Blood sugar would drop to 65 very exaggerated symptoms exactly like you al above.. bp too… anxiety makes everything worse… breathing exercises calms the bp You might want to look up The bean protocol unique Hammond doing the diet has helped a lot sooo much also do acupuncture every 2 weeks -- your insurance may cover it May God bless you.
