  1. Hello! I've had severe POTS for about a year, and my research turned up an exercise program called the Levine Protocol. According to this 2016 study, over 70% of the people who complete the program go into remission. It's a progressive cardio program (you start on a recumbent bike, increase the intensity, and eventually graduate to upright modes) and lower-body focused strength training. The program is 8 months long. I'm in month two of the program, and though I haven't noticed a great deal of improvement in my symptoms yet (I probably won't until I've completed 3-5 months), I've really enjoyed being able to exercise again. Has anyone successfully used the Levine Protocol to treat their POTS, or is anyone attempting it right now? How is it going for you?
