MTRJ75. did a doctor ever tell you what causes it? Do you think it’s related to dysautonomia?

This spring I started getting a new weird symptom - now and then my veins in my hands and forearms pop up HUGE and it hurts! It seems to be related to heat and it happens in both hands/arms at the same time. I can hold them over my head and it will stop it - sometimes for hours or even days until next episode. Is this something any of you experience? I’m attaching a photo of an episode. TIA.
