  1. Wow, to read this thread gives me so much hope that I'm not alone. I've been feeling vibrations for 2 years but they have increased over the last year. At first I thought it was RLS but then it started going into my arms, hands, head, teeth, tongue and even the eyes I knew it was something else. It mostly comes on when I start to relax. A few things trigger it to be worse. Like walking, phone usage, sounds that wake me up or startle me and get this they would increase on the foam mattress verses a spring mattress. I found several natural remedies to keep my vibrations lower. B complex vitamins (Dr. Did tell me in was significantly low), Copiaba Oil capsules, lemongrass oil, sitting in the grass and a few others. All my tests have come back clear but I haven't been to a heart doctor yet so I will go after reading this thread. Starbucks bottled cold coffees (I would have 1 a day) raised my potassium levels to heart attack level and we discovered it by accident investigating the vibrations through blood work. Thought I would share the little I've learned this far. The best solution for me to have better days was sleeping in an interior room by myself, completely dark and blocking all sound out.
