  1. I've recently started dating a really wonderful girl, she's fascinating and sincere and extremely talented, and she also has severe POTS. She manages it with extreme strength and grace and knows what her body needs, but sometimes when we're hanging out I know she's pushing herself beyond what her body can do. Usually towards the end of the day her symptoms get worse and she starts feeling really bad physically, and I was wondering what the most helpful thing to do would be - I feel like I should leave and let her be and fully relax, but I also want her to know I'm not just here for her when she's feeling good and has energy, I enjoy spending time with her just as much even when she doesn't. Sometimes I'm afraid I ask her if she's feeling okay enough, or if I offer to do things too much, like offering to go pick up food instead of both of us going out or driving. I know she knows her limits best, but I know she pushes herself, and I always feel like I'm...overstepping? Just wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has advice on how to be supportive without being...overly cautious.
