Hi! I just recently discovered I likely have POTS. I'm in a flare up and trying to get better while I wait for an opportunity to see a specialist and get a treatment plan. I bought a BP monitor and I'm just curious if the numbers can tell me anything? This was today. The 1st one was laying down. the 2nd was standing and waiting about 30 seconds to feel the drop and taking it again. Thoughts?
