  1. The antibody test for muscarinic acetylcholine receptor" has not been established yet, so it's still not part of the Mayo Clinic's panel testing. There have been a few studies already done on this receptor which show the connection between Dysautonomia symptoms & these antibodies causing those symptoms.
  2. The Mayo Clinic has already done a research study (2017) on "muscarinic acetylcholine antibodies" and Gastroparesis, which validated this aspect of Autonomic Dysfunction (aka Dysautonomia), and came up w/a fairly successful treatment for this autoimmune-based Gastroparesis.
