  1. I do have hyper pots, stress definitely triggers it. I have to eat every few hours and I'm always eating cheese because its the only protein I can have that doesn't bother my stomach and actually keeps me feeling energized. Everywhere we go I have to worry about when I last ate, did I bring enough food, will there be food where were at... Ect it's always on my mind making sure I don't get an episode
  2. No doctor will give me an answer on this. I keep getting episodes where I'm shaky, anxious, insanely hungry, and hot, all fixed by sugar. My labs are norma but I know its low blood sugar, during these episodes Im so freaked out I forget to check my blood sugar. Is this common with pots and what should I ask my doctor to look into?
  3. So if humidity makes me sick am I just going to have to deal with worse symptoms till I move? Haha
  4. I don't take any medicine because in Arizona it was manageable. In Arizona we have stable weather, monsoons were hard but those were a month or two.
  5. I'm trying to see one it's just taking awhile to get in with one. I'm doing all of the things that normally help but it only helps so much when the weather is constantly changing. My adrenaline surges have been daily
  6. I don't think it's the stress I have major stress and it didn't effect me like this when I was in Arizona. I was definitely sick the first few weeks and put that down to moving but four months later? My flares have only lasted a month or two tops. The altitude here is actually lower. My theory is the environment, it's raining daily... Snowing... 70 to 30 degrees, which can't really control, the humidity is making sick too.
  7. Ive been in Arizona for years and once I was diagnosed with pots I started changing my lifestyle and I honestly improved so much. I moved to Indiana in December and since then my heart rate has been high 80% of the time even laying down. I feel 80% worse I can barley function my heart beat feels so off and I'm terrified I'm damaging my heart. I have no way to move back so I'm just lying here all day hoping I get through this. Why would Indiana make me so sick compared to Arizona? Can this be permanently making my pots worse. I'm so scared I'll move back and I won't get better and that this is just how I feel now. I went from some what functioning to laying around all day.
