  1. Hi guys , I’m so glad I found this group! At present I’m going through a really tough time and I would love to hear some of your opinions about my condition. It all started after I had a cardiac ablation of PVCs ( skipping heart beats ) in 2014.. the symptoms started immediately after I woke up from the procedure and got discharged the same day ... I was constantly lightheaded like with no break literally felt dizzy at all times ! Extremely tiredness with hot flashes and excess yawning, then I had these episodes where my heart would just start speeding up out of nowhere for no reason ... we got it caught on an ecg and it was just a sinus tachycardia. They diagnosed me with a panic disorder and anxiety but I knew it had to be more than that . Many doctors refused to refer for a tilt table test but I somehow managed to get it done and It indeed reproduced all my symptoms as my blood pressure has dropped down to 60 / 20 but impressively I didn’t pass out even thought felt very dizzy but heart rate actually started going up as my bp dropped . They told me it wasn’t POTs , more like a neurocardiogenic syncope but not entirely that either .. ?! They said they don’t really understand the autonomic part of the heart muscle and during my ablation the burning must have caused some damaged to my autonomic nerve fibers.... I was advised to increase my water and salt intake and this would eventually go away on its own ... it’s been over three years post my ablation and I still suffer from dizziness and low energy ... for some reason my symptoms have worsen a lot more during these cold months ... i feel desperate and even suicadle at times ... they have literally ruined my life ! Whatever damaged they’ve caused doesn’t seems to be getting restored back to its normal state . I’m not sure how long Can I take this ....
