Hello been diagnosed for 5 years now with POTS. I had surgery 1 week ago, having a major flare of symptoms. Cant sleep, legs feel anxious, like bugs are crawling on them, then if I do relax enough feels like my whole body is falling asleep. Weak, tachy, GI issues. Any suggestions to get through this bad time. I normally am mostly controlled with Atenolol beta blocker. Also another thing noted is I do not have any veins in my forearms, this is new since the diagnosis making IVs so challenging. Can anyone relate to theses symptoms ?
