Good morning. I have been diagnosed with primary pots. I do not completely pass out, but have daily symptoms that include lightheadedness, loss of vision on standing, extreme fatigue, nausea, tachycardia, etc. Last time I travel by airplane I was extremely sick during the flight from nausea. I was miserable the entire trip as the naseau would not go away. Next month I am traveling from California to Greece and want to avoid being miserable the entire time. I am considering full length compression hose, IV fluids before I leave, and prescribed anti-nausea medicine. Has anybody tried these? Does anyone have better suggestions?
