  1. Hi ! I am a 43 year old female, and after multiple trips to the ER, a 2 weeks stay in the hospital , i finally got the beginning of a diagnosis with DR Bronfin : Autonomic nervous system disease, but we don't know which one yet ... Now I need to do a tilt test, which of course my insurance doesnt cover...
  2. Thank you so much SarahA33 and statesof !!! I have an appointment for tomorrow with Dr Ludmilla Bronfin !!!! I am so happy I have found this forum !
  3. Hi ! I am a newbie here, and I have been avidly reading all your posts. It all started for me at the dentist office , 2 months ago after an injection of lidocaine with epinephrine, that sent me straight to the ER, as MY heart rate went to 170, and low BP. Ever since that day, I keep on having episodes with high HR , palpitations, flush at the cheeks, dry mouth, and need to pee... I went 6 times to the ER in 6 weeks, and after that was admitted for 2 weeks , and they haven't found anything, except when they discharged me to find a neurologist or cardiologist that specialize in dysautonomia... So Far I haven't found anybody as the NYU dysautonomia is only for FD, do you have any doctors to recommend ? Thanks in advance
  4. Hi Don, weird enough it started for me all at the dental office as well right after local anesthesia ( lidocaine with epi ), to the point that the dentist called an ambulance, and took me to the ER as my pulse was in the 180s.... after that several episodes up to 180 but laying down all the time, I haven't been formally diagnosed yet, but everything else has been ruled out.
