Hi Just wanted to let you all know I have been on the NDRF site and have now joined you all here too. I have POTS and am in a good flare right now, pretty weak and all. I also have been expeirencing a great deal of muscle pain. This is not new to me, but it is new in my face. Its hard to chew, my facial muscles hurt so bad. I also have this in my neck. I will be contacting my doc. on this. Went to the E.R. last night as my blood pressure went very high and ended up with a migrane. Yuck! I am looking forward to reading posts and chatting with you all. Best wishes, Brenda

Hi, I am new also, and I have yet to take a cold bath, as I have fibromyalgia also, and cant imagine how much that would make me ache. I do use thigh high support hose also. I think they have helped so much. Sure beats a chilly bath. Glad you are here, hope we both benafit and get to know others. Best of luck, Richland Acres

Hi, I am new to the posting so i hope I get this figured out and post correctly. Due to the brain fog of pots, and not being comp. savy. I am so glad to have found you all. I was recently diagnosed with pots, although like many have had symptoms for many years. I do have a few questions. What type of doc. are the pots people using? I have a nerologist treating me, and am wondering if I should have a cardiologist. I also was wondering if any of you are taking antibiotics before dental treatments. My dentist said he would not treat me until i took antibiotics, although my Nero said I do not need them. My dentist was concerned as heart patients can have a heart attck, from the bacteria spreading in the blood stream. Hum... I am so confused on what to do, any suggestions would be so helpful!
